Global Executive Search Group collects the details you provide through candidate, employer, and contact forms. Candidate information includes your name, contact details, professional experience, preferences, optional LinkedIn profile, uploaded resume, and additional information. Employer and contact forms collect the information shown beside each field.
How we use your information
We use candidate information to review suitability for relevant opportunities and communicate about recruitment. Employer information helps us assess hiring requirements. Contact information helps us respond to inquiries. We do not sell personal information, use it for unrelated marketing, or make solely automated hiring decisions.
Consent and sharing
Submission requires your consent to the purposes described here. You may withdraw consent by contacting us. Before sharing a candidate profile with a prospective employer, we seek appropriate permission. Service providers process information to operate the website, store records, and protect the service. Employer application links lead to independent sites with their own privacy notices.
Storage and protection
Candidate details are stored in Netlify Database. Resume files are stored privately in Netlify Blobs, without public download URLs. Only authenticated administrators with an assigned admin role can retrieve them. Employer and contact inquiries are stored in Netlify Forms and accessed by authorized site administrators. Data is transferred over HTTPS. Hosting and processing may occur outside your country, including in the United States.
Retention and your choices
We retain information only while needed for the purpose for which it was provided, relevant recruitment consideration, and applicable legal obligations. Administrators review retained records and remove those no longer required. You may request access, correction, deletion, restrictions, or withdrawal of consent by emailing us. Applicable rights vary by location. We may need to confirm your identity before completing a request.
Information to leave out
Do not include government identification numbers, financial account details, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive personal information. Please submit only your own resume or information you are authorized to provide. This service is intended for adults.
Security and policy updates
No online service can guarantee absolute security. We limit access and maintain appropriate safeguards. We update this notice when our practices change and display the revision date above. You may also contact your local data protection authority about privacy concerns.
